We got to
San Diego and had a wonderful dinner with Nick and Val. Some really yummy
salmon, some relax time in the hot tub, and some video game trivia battles made
for a really good night to reconnect with family.
We have
stayed at the Mission Bay RV Park many times over the years. During that time
we have found all of the caches that are in biking distance of the RV Park, at
least the ones we could actually find. There were a number of the caches that
we have looked for on many visits but were unable to score the find – totally frustrating!
But for
some reason, this visit had the juice! We decided (or I did) to try one more
time to search for these caches that have long eluded us. Well, guess what? Don’t
know what was different today, but we found 8 caches that we had tried to find
more than once before. What a great day for us!
