Signing off for a bit

Well, we’re heading back to Vegas to get a Karen and Albert fix, and to be prodded and poked by our various medical specialists. This will be my first opportunity to see how Medicare works, and whether I was actually successful in enrolling in Anthem’s Medicare supplemental insurance policies. You would think it would be a simple process – you would be wrong, and the only way I can be sure is to show up at a provider and give them my card – hope it works!

We decided to cut our last day driving for a bit in half and stopped to check out our 40-acre parcel of raw land in Kingman, just to make sure there were no squatters – except for the Woman of course who managed one while we were there. We couldn’t be this close to historic Route 66 without taking in some roadside bling. We managed to find Giganticus Headicus not far outside Hackberry.

Well be heading to Alaska in a few months. We will sign back on when we head out.
